Peachey & Co LLP acted for the shareholders of Busworks Limited, led by Gillian Harwood (former ‘Business Woman of the Year’), on the sale of the company to Workspace PLC in a deal valuing the business at £45,000,000. Gillian co-founded Busworks, which offers 104,000 sq. ft. of office space at its iconic former bus factory site in Islington, 40 years ago and was advised by Opus Corporate Finance on the transaction.
