Peachey & Co LLP acted for Argos Resources (LSE AIM: ARG) on the proposed sale of its principal operating assets to JHI Associates Inc of Canada (Ontario) for $6.3m approx. (in cash and JHI common shares) and cancellation of its listing on AIM.  The proposed transaction is subject to shareholder consent pursuant to AIM Rule 15 (Fundamental Change of Business ) and AIM Rule 41 (Cancellation).  A General Meeting will be held on 26 May 2023 in the Falkland Islands.
