Peachey &Co LLP represented Menzies Distribution Limited (as respondent) in the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) in successfully overturning a firm conclusion of an Employment Judge as to disability for bias. The EAT revoked the initial decision and remitted the question to a freshly constituted tribunal.
