Sam Young
Position:
Sam joined Peachey & Co LLP in October 2023. Sam is completing his training as a Solicitor and is gaining experience in the following departments: Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial, Commercial Dispute Resolution and Commercial Real Estate.
Prior to joining Peachey & Co LLP, Sam had experience working for an international reinsurance group company operating in the Lloyd’s Market, London. Sam has keen interest in equity financing and is a key assistant to any corporate finance transaction.
Experience:
Assisted on Master Service Agreements and commercial terms for a sports data analytics company.
Assisted on a corporate restructuring (a disposal under AIM Rule 15), debt financing, board change, and subsequent share placing of an AIM listed company.
Assisted on a £1.1 million acquisition transaction in a string of 30 acquisitions for a single private equity backed client.
Assisted on financing agreements and commercial terms for an international specialist trading company.
