Izabella Brooks
Position:
Izabella (‘Bella’) joined Peachey & Co LLP in October 2022. Bella is completing her training as a Solicitor and is gaining experience in the following departments: Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial, Intellectual Property, Commercial Dispute Resolution and Commercial Real Estate.
Prior to joining Peachey & Co LLP, Bella had experience working for one of the largest Intellectual Property law firms in Europe and with the inhouse legal counsel of an international conglomerate listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm. Bella is particularly well placed to assist on and a great asset to corporate and commercial matters containing multi-jurisdictional elements and/or international group companies.
Experience:
Assisted on shareholder dispute and corporate restructuring of a company operating within the fashion industry.
Assisted on £2 million seed funding round for a SaaS start-up.
Assisted on a cross-border acquisition of a UK based Contract Research Organisation.
Assisted on opposition proceedings against trademark application for multi-national retail corporation.
