Bianca King (Née Harding)
Position:
Bianca joined Peachey & Co LLP in May 2013 and is an invaluable member of the corporate and commercial team having assisted on numerous corporate finance, project finance and M&A transactions (for both private and public companies) including managing due diligence (buy side and sell side) and verification exercises. Bianca also has experience in advising clients on employment law, property law and dispute resolution and provides company secretarial services for a number of the firm’s clients.
Bianca started as an accounts assistant at Peachey & Co LLP, during which she showed an interest and aptitude in the law which led to her switching professions. Having successfully completed AAT accounting qualifications and qualifying as a lawyer by obtaining FCILEX credentials, Bianca is particularly well placed to tackle and a great asset to any complex transactional work.
Experience:
Acted on behalf of a sale of the company in a deal valuing the business at £45 million.
Advised Gresham House in their investment in Fischer Farms (indoor hydroponic farming).
Advised on a string of 30 acquisitions for a single private equity backed client on a buy and build strategy over 12 years.
