Peachey & Co LLP acted for Skagerack (co-owner with Waterfront Shipping part of Methanex Corporation (MEOH:NASDAQ)) in the financing (US$73m) by Nordea Bank AB of two newbuild 50,000 dwt MAN ME-LGI ‘flex-fuel’ chemical tankers, to be constructed by Hyundai Mipo Dockyard in Seoul, Korea for delivery in 2016.
