Peachey & Co LLP acted for Hazel Capital LLP, the specialist alternative asset manager focussed on the clean energy sector, in the sale of its asset management business to Gresham House Plc (LSE AIM:GHE) to form Gresham House New Energy.  Gresham House also agreed terms to acquire stakes in various Hazel Capital developed grid balancing and electricity storage projects, including one of the UK’s largest battery storage projects to date in Bristol.
