Rose McMillan
Position:
Rose joined Peachey & Co LLP in October 2021and is an associate in the firm’s corporate and commercial team. Rose has been assisting with corporate finance, project finance and M&A transactions, for both private and public companies. Rose has a keen interest in equity financing transactions.
Alongside her corporate and commercial work, Rose also has experience assisting on commercial real estate and competition law.
Experience:
Assisted on matters of English law in respect of $1.365 billion refinancing, by means of a syndicated loan facility.
Assisted on a Series B fundraising round for a multi-jurisdictional.
Assisted Sale of assets, de-listing and pending liquidation of AIM listed company.
