Peachey & Co LLP acted for A J Lucas Group Limited (ASX:AJL) with regard to the English law security aspects of its issue of US$45m senior secured loan notes underwritten by OCP Asia (Singapore) Pte. Limited.

This new finance will enable AJ Lucas to secure its funding commitments in the Bowland appraisal well programme through to prospective flow testing scheduled for December 2017. More info.
