David Wilson (Partner) has been appointed company secretary of Verditek plc (LSE AIM: VDTK). Verditek is a clean tech company focussed on lightweight solar module manufacturing, air purification, and water de-odourisation and is chaired by the Rt Hon. Lord David Willetts (ex Minister for Universities and Science 2010-2014).
Peachey & Co acted for Verditek in the recently closed private placement of convertible loan notes, raising an initial £1.17m (with a further £1m to follow).
