Peachey & Co LLP has a wealth of experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial work.

We act for several major companies including LSE, NYSE and NASDAQ listed companies and an EU institution, but our focus is smaller businesses which we consider to be ill served by typical large ‘city’ style law firms.

We are typically consulted on a wide range of corporate/commercial matters including: sale & purchase, financing (debt and equity, public and private), listing (including IPO's, AIM and the main list of the LSE), joint ventures, anti trust, group re-organisations, employment, intellectual property, insolvency, contract, public procurement, asset finance etc

Industry sectors in which we have particular experience are: aviation and aviation services; banking and finance; biotech; broadcasting; creative media (advertising and marketing); distribution; education; financial services (including fund management); greentech; manufacturing; new media; oil and gas; real estate (investment and transactional); retail; shipping; software and IT services; sport; telecommunications.

We have particular expertise in relation to Public Procurement, in particular acting for both public bodies and the private sector in relation to the applicable regime generally, tendering, challenges and contract finalisation or clarification.
