We have considerable experience in Aviation Services acting for one of the principal global players (contract negotiation and regulatory matters) and also in Aircraft sale and purchase, leasing, finance and registration.
Over many years of activity in this area, Peachey & Co LLP has built a strong shipping practice which is internationally recognised and respected.
Our practice is weighted in favour of non-contentious work in connection with sale and purchase, chartering, leasing, finance and registration. However we have considerable experience in contentious matters (including ship arrest, charter party (carriage of goods) disputes).
