Commercial property - predominantly for occupiers and investors. Current emphasis on heavyweight or HQ offices, industrial, retail and aviation property. Clients include domestic manufacturers and distributors (PLCs and private), domestic and overseas investors, quasi-governmental and institutional occupiers, charities, high net worth individuals, banks and, increasingly energy sector clients operating both in the fields of oil and gas and renewables.
Considerable past experience includes work for developers, NHS trusts, major institutional landowners and investors (life companies, etc).
Significant advisory experience in landlord and tenant disputes; banking and commercial mortgage disputes and insolvency; high end London residential acquisitions and disposals; corporate support.
Languages: Conversational French, some German.
