Peachey & Co LLP acted for the Hazel Renewable Energy VCTs (LON:HR1O & HR20) in the refinancing of a combined 11.4 MWs of rooftop and ground mounted solar PV assets owned by portfolio companies. The senior secured RPI-linked loans were arranged by Hazel Capital LLP, IDCM Limited and Hastings Fund Management Limited with U.S. Bank acting as facility agent and security trustee.  The Lender was HSBC Bank Pension Scheme UK Limited, with a loan period of up to 18.5 years.
