Peachey & Co LLP acted for Hazel Capital in the development, construction financing and commissioning of 3 ground-mounted solar farms with a total capacity of 30MW in Cornwall (8.9MW), Lincolnshire (8.1 MW) and Hertfordshire (13.1MW), all by the 31 March 2015 deadline to benefit from the 1.4 ROCs subsidy regime.
